AI training that turns tools into habits.

Giving a team access to AI is not the same as teaching them to use it. We run hands-on sessions built around the work your people do every day, so what they learn survives contact with a normal Tuesday.

A clear roadmap after your first call.

Why most AI rollouts stall at the licence

The usual pattern is familiar. Licences are bought, an announcement goes out, a lunchtime demo happens, and three months later a handful of people use it constantly while everyone else has quietly gone back to how they worked before. Nothing was wrong with the tool. What was missing was the bridge between a general capability and one person's specific job.

That bridge is the whole of this service. AI training only works when it starts from the work, not from the software. A designer, a developer, an account manager and a bookkeeper all need something different from the same model, and a single all-hands session teaches none of them properly.

Tailored to each role, using your real work

We run workshops role by role, and we use your actual tasks rather than a sanitised demo. Bring the report you dread writing, the inbox you cannot keep up with, the file-naming job that eats every Friday afternoon. By the end of the session that task has been done, in front of you, in a way you can repeat on Monday without us there.

People learn a tool when it solves the problem currently annoying them. Everything else is theory that evaporates. That is also why we teach the limits alongside the capabilities: what to hand over entirely, what to check every time, and how to recognise output that is confidently wrong. A team that knows where the tool fails trusts it correctly, which is more valuable than a team that trusts it completely.

What a session covers

  • Getting useful output — how to ask for what you actually want, and how to fix an answer that missed rather than starting again.
  • Your own workflows — we take the tasks that dominate each person's week and rebuild them, live, in the session.
  • Judging the output — spotting plausible nonsense, and knowing which tasks always need a human check before they leave the building.
  • Data and confidentiality — what should never be pasted into which tool, and why. Especially where client or personal data is involved.
  • Where to go next — recognising the next task worth automating once the obvious one is done.

Sessions run on site or remotely, role by role, and are scoped to your team on the first call.

Support that continues after the room empties

A single workshop creates enthusiasm; it does not on its own create a habit. Adoption keeps climbing only when there is somebody to ask on the day the question arises. Clients can call us any time for advice on a new task that could be automated, and that ongoing coaching is usually what separates the teams still using AI a year later from the teams who did the training and stopped.

AI also moves quickly. We track new tools and developments with your company in mind and reach out when something lands that changes what is possible for your workflows, rather than leaving you to notice it yourselves.
