Who we are

Stocker Design is an independent AI consultancy built around a team of senior developers. That matters because most AI advice stops at the recommendation; we are able to execute the custom tooling directly, building the automation into your systems ourselves rather than handing a specification to somebody else.

We are based in the UK and work with clients both here and internationally. Audits and training can run on site or remotely, and automation is built directly into your existing systems wherever you operate.

How we work

We start by watching. Before recommending anything, we sit with the people who do the work and map how it actually gets done, which is almost never how the process diagram claims. The gap between the two is where most of the recoverable time is hiding.

From there the shape of an engagement is consistent. Discover, audit and plan, onboard, support, continued optimisation. You approve the plan before anything is built. Often, during the audit itself, we will show you live and on the spot how AI could take over one of your real tasks, because a demonstration settles the question faster than a proposal does.

We do the work ourselves

You will not be sold to by one person and then handed to another. The developer who audits your workflows is the developer who builds the automation and trains your team on it. That continuity means nothing gets lost in a handover, because there isn't one.

It also means we stay on call afterwards. When someone on your team wonders whether AI could handle a new task, there is a person to ask who already knows how your systems fit together.
